Things to bring
Therefore we have compiled a simple beginners checklist for you to follow :
1) Swim attire
2) Goggle
3) Swim cap
4) Kickboard, floaties etc (if needed)
5) Towel
6) Cycling and Running attire (t-shirt and pants will do, the same attire will be used for cycling and running)
7) Cycling helmet (Compulsory - but we managed to get some good price helmets on sell)
8) Bicycle (must be in good condition)
9) Sport shoes (for cycling and running)
10) Water bottle
11) Cap
12) Socks
13) Sunglasses (if needed)
14) ID (is required for age verification)
